no .. milk from the cow, or buffalo tastes better. It has a totally natural taste, can not put words to describe it, but what i can say is that to shift from the natural to the processed milk was an effort for me. But then today there is no unprocessed milk, and even if it is there, the quality is ... the less said better. Life is a compromise, starting from the first glass of milk that you take in the morning ..
@ Mason- thank you. This is one of my favourite pictures too.
@ AS - I do have to agree. When I have unprocessed milk, the difference is obvious. But like you say, it is hard to even find it these days. But it is really sad when people who have lifestock resort to processed milk.
